Update instructions for editing and saving files
Closes issue #1032.
In episode 4 learners have to use the
nanoandcatcommands for the first time (and will keep using them throughout the lesson). However, there are little explanations currently introducing these commands, in particularnanothat can be overwhelming at first usage. This PR adapted the instructions to include a more detailed presentation of both commands and why they are relevant here.
