Both setters were copy-pasted from comps_doc_doctype_name_set() and replaced doc->doctype_name instead of the system/public identifier, so the DOCTYPE written by comps2xml_*() could not be changed and its name was overwritten instead. Signed-off-by: hanjinpeng <hanjinpeng@kylinos.cn>
