My Heart Is in the Work.

I'm a Computer Science undergraduate at Xi'an Jiaotong University, a member of valkey-io, and a Linux kernel contributor.

I work on RDMA networking, database internals, and distributed protocols, with a particular interest in concurrency, resource lifetimes, and the behavior of systems under failure.

I speak Chinese, English, Japanese and a little German, and enjoy learning languages.

Kiss, Do one thing well.

Valkey & libvalkey

My contributions cover transport correctness, Raft cluster protocols, runtime integration, and regression testing.

Area Selected contributions Merged work
RDMA transport Fixed re-entrant callbacks and busy loops with IO threads, and use-after-free during concurrent client disconnects. IO-thread integration · Disconnect handling
Raft cluster Implemented pre-vote to prevent disruptive term inflation, and non-voting members with explicit promotion and demotion. Pre-vote · Non-voting members
RDMA integration Added runtime loading of RDMA libraries so CLI and benchmark tools can run without RDMA dependencies when using other transports. libvalkey · CLI / benchmark
Core correctness Fixed blocked-client use-after-free and invalid TSC calibration that could freeze the monotonic clock. Client lifetime · Clock calibration
Testing & diagnostics Added RDMA benchmark stress coverage and improved diagnostics for intermittent RDMA CI failures. Stress tests · CI diagnostics

Linux kernel

I contribute primarily to RDMA, kernel networking, BPF, and concurrency correctness, often working from syzkaller/KCSAN reports through root-cause analysis, reproducer validation, and upstream review.

Area Selected contributions Upstream status
RDMA / uCMA Fixed a multicast join/leave race on copy_to_user() failure that could lead to a use-after-free. Linux mainline
RDMA / RTRS Fixed a shared-CQ credit leak during interrupted connections, and hardened the client against malformed peer-controlled queue depths, completion opcodes, and I/O message IDs. Linux mainline
BPF / concurrency Annotated intentional concurrent map-value copies in bpf_obj_memcpy() to match the existing lockless semantics and avoid false-positive KCSAN reports. bpf-next
MPTCP Reworked incoming-option storage, including separating the FASTCLOSE key and overlapping mutually exclusive option payloads, reducing struct mptcp_options_received from 136 to 72 bytes on x86-64. net-next
TCP / MPTCP concurrency Reworked lockless sk_err access and no-data error handling across TCP/MPTCP send, receive, splice, and subflow paths following a KCSAN report. Linux mainline

I also participate in upstream debugging and review discussions around locking, lifetime management, and syzkaller reports.
