disableranges are parsed intoDisableComment from to, documented as[from, to)insrc/ShellCheck/AST.hs:150, and matched withcode >= from && code < toinsrc/ShellCheck/ASTLib.hs:764. Sodisable=SC3000-SC4000covers SC3000 through SC3999 and leaves SC4000 enabled, which the existing "to exclude 3xxx" example does not make clear.This adds one sentence to the
