Populate github-handle for Karen Coronel in ballot-nav.md #8850
Description
Prerequisite
- Be a member of Hack for LA. (There are no fees to join.) If you have not joined yet, please follow the steps on our Getting Started Page.

Overview
We need to populate the 'github-handle' variable with the correct GitHub username for each member of the leadership team. Eventually github-handle will replace the github and picture variables, reducing redundancy in the project file.
Action Items
- Open the file

- Using docker, confirm that the appearance of the project webpage is unchanged at all screen sizes. The project webpage URL can be found below under Resources.
For Merge Team
- Release the dependency for this issue in Epic: Create issues to populate github-handle variable in leadership teams #8428. If all the dependencies have been completed, follow the Merge Team instructions on that issue.

@KyleA99 This issue has been reviewed by merge team. It is looking good! The instructions are clear and concise! Adding a link to documentation on Docker would be the cherry on top as it could be helpful in the last the Action item since this is a GFI (maybe something like this: https://github.com/hackforla/website/blob/gh-pages/CONTRIBUTING.md#16a-starting-docker). I will pass this along as it stands, but feel free to add docs.
