The operator navigation test sometimes asserted the temporary
Stacksheading while the saved view was still loading. Wait for the saved-view URL and its finalMost Frequent Errorsheading before capturing the return URL and opening a stack.Extracted unchanged from #2629 to keep the forwarded-header security change focused. No timeout, retry, or coverage changes.
Validation:
npm ciandnpm run validatepassed with Node 24.15.0 (zero Svelte errors or warnings). The same test change passed the hosted browser shards in #2629; this PR's CI will verify it independently. No application API or configuration changes.
