Product engineer and technical lead based in Northern New Jersey.
I turn ambiguous, workflow-heavy problems into secure systems that people can actually operate, from product discovery through production.
I currently serve as Volunteer CTO at TROA, setting technical direction across software, product design, data, network engineering, and IT operations for a 50-plus-volunteer, 800-plus-member organization.
- TROA — End-to-end technology leadership across community platforms, internal systems, infrastructure, security, and Space Engineers operations.
- Ryu Legal — Long-term technology ownership spanning growth, custom software, hosting, networking, security, performance, DevOps, and ongoing operations.
- Main-Hub — A public systems map connecting projects, self-hosted services, infrastructure, and operational context.
- OpenBid — An earlier real-estate auction product prototype exploring transparent buyer, seller, and agent workflows.
- ClaimChain — Earlier startup work: an independent claims-marketplace prototype with governed review, test-payment reconciliation, and controlled document export.
- VZW Transaction Ledger — A Java/Spring Boot and PostgreSQL proof of concept for transaction workflows and hash-linked audit events.
| Area | Focus |
|---|---|
| Product and systems direction | Turn stakeholder needs and operational workflows into scoped, buildable systems |
| Application engineering | Build interfaces, services, data models, integrations, and deployment paths |
| Security and controls | Translate policy into permissions, validation, server authority, and audit history |
| Technical leadership | Set direction and lead delivery across technical and nontechnical teams |
Current delivery: Linux, Proxmox, Coolify, Docker, Cloudflare, PHP, Go, Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
Engineering foundations: Laravel, Java, Spring Boot, Python, RBAC, RLS, validation, audit trails, CI/CD
I am especially interested in work where product judgment, systems thinking, and hands-on engineering matter together.
