Update weekly meeting agenda to include spec/schema publishing
handrews and others added 10 commits October 4, 2026 09:03
The weekly meeting is fixed to 9am in the timezone used in California, which
is not the same timezone used in other Pacific regions in North America. Most
significantly, "Pacific Time" is NOT UTC-0800/0700, but rather UTC-0700 year
round, which is not the timezone used for the meeting.

Clarify the meeting time in the template

Keep the OpenAPI-specific rendering fixtures in this repository while delegating fixture discovery and exact-output comparison to build-infra.\n\nCo-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>
Point the md2html fixtures at the production specification configuration and remove the redundant fixture-local copy.\n\nCo-authored-by: Codex <codex@openai.com>
