Removes the entry for QBZ-Downloader, as reported in #10087.
The project no longer publishes prebuilt binaries, so there is no AppImage (or any other release artifact) for this entry to point to. It is distributed as source only now, which means the automated check will keep failing with
entry-unavailable.This pull request deletes
data/QBZ-Downloaderand nothing else. The rest of the entry (database/QBZ-Downloader/,apps/QBZ-Downloader.md) is removed automatically once this is merged.Sorry for leaving the catalog entry broken without notice.
