v1.10.0release failed: https://github.com/safe-global/safe-cli/actions/runs/41047268123/job/124034873930setup-uvinstalls the latest uv (0.13.6), and that version no longer accepts a password without a username.UV_PUBLISH_TOKENinstead ofUV_PUBLISH_PASSWORD.1.10.1, so we can do a new release with the fix.
