Hello Etsy API Support,

Our application deluxygames-internal-tools has Personal Access status and an assigned rate limit.

However, requests to /v3/application/openapi-ping consistently return HTTP 403.

We have verified that:

• The Keystring and Shared Secret are copied directly from the Etsy Developer Portal.
• Both credentials are configured as server-side environment variables in Vercel.
• The x-api-key header uses the required keystring:shared_secret format.
• The error occurs before OAuth authentication.

Could you please verify whether our application credentials are correctly activated and provisioned in Etsy's API backend?
