Switch DeskPort from the rc channel to stable releases by removing #rc from its repository URL. DeskPort 0.7.1 is now published as a non-prerelease and includes DeskPort-0.7.1-x86_64.AppImage.

This changes only data/DeskPort, as required by the submission instructions, and keeps the URL independent of the version so future stable releases can be selected. The catalog Test workflow should test 0.7.1 and regenerate the metadata and screenshot. The AppImage and its release assets are unchanged.

Validation: all three catalog checks passed, and the test result confirms that 0.7.1 was tested. The screenshot shows the DeskPort main window with the hardware-decoder availability notice in the CI environment. The existing warning about missing optional AppImageUpdate information remains.
